About this opportunity:

We are now looking for an Ericsson Group Management System (EGMS) Compliance Manager to develop and secure the effective understanding and implementation of Ericsson corporate requirements, and customer requirements, in Ericsson operations through the framework of the EGMS. Ericsson corporate requirements include, but are not limited to, Policies, Directives, Mandatory Instructions, standards chosen by Ericsson to direct its operations, and global processes.

You will be part of a strong Global network and central team of 9 colleagues.

The position requires Strong organizational skills and the ability to participate effectively in cross-functional and cross-country teams as well as across Group Functions and Business Areas and managing stakeholders at all organizational levels.

 

What you will do:

  • Maintain and support our continued development of EGMS framework and requirements information to support delivery of corporate and customer requirements by Ericsson operations.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in EGMS and compliance matters.
  • Manage / conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Ensure that management reviews, audits and assessments are executed and value adding.
  • Facilitate the integration of Ericsson corporate requirements in own organization.
  • Facilitate integration of customer requirements in EGMS (non-product, non-legal/regulatory related).
  • Coordinate and support external audits in various areas.
  • Becoming strategic partners providing insights and translating the rules into what the business needs.
  • Provide expert quality and compliance consultative approach to key stakeholders. 
  • Team player supporting own organization with operational knowledge sharing.

 

The skills you bring:

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering / Finance & Accounting
  • Working experience min 4-5 years of experience in compliance area, preferred in multicultural environment, preferable gained in a matrix organization with comparable complexity.
  • A high level of integrity with character consistent with Ericsson values of respect, professionalism, and perseverance; must be empathetic and willing to listen.
  • Audit, assessments, and risk management skills.
  • Expert knowledge in Quality, Process and Compliance Management.
  • Certified Auditor in ISO 9001, (Quality) and EGMS, and how it is applied within Ericsson.
  • Certified / Good understanding of ISO 14001 (Environment), 45001 (OHS), 27001 (information Security) and willingness to take trainings and develop knowledge within these areas.
  • Ability to evaluate complex situations and to render judgements where significant legal, financial, and regulatory risks exist.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to participate effectively on cross-functional and cross-country teams as well as across Group Functions and Business Areas.
  • Solid Business understanding of Ericsson Portfolio and Strategy
  • Change and improvement leadership skills. Solid consultative skills and solid problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Comfort leading in rapidly changing within ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and build consensus among colleagues with appropriate level of flexibility, while maintaining a focus on results and goal attainment.
  • Business understanding.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication and oral presentation skills.
