About the Opportunity
The Group Process Management team is searching for a new colleague, a key role needed for a highly prioritised area in Ericsson. The Group Process Management team resides within the newly formed Data & AI organisation and is as part of the Ericsson Business Process & Ericsson Group Management system responsible for owning the Business Architecture and Process Management frameworks, setting the foundation for how Ericsson operates in these domains. We are a small team but our impact on Ericsson's ways of working is significant, and we do this while having fun on the job.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as the E2E Software Onboarding Flow Owner. In this senior role, you will be instrumental in driving Ericsson's AI integration by ensuring our software and IT tool onboarding processes are efficient, effective, and transformative. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the software onboarding process, with particular emphasis on enabling AI application onboarding to better support Ericsson's strategic objectives.
As a key player in our team, you'll balance visionary leadership with hands-on involvement, taking ownership of complex onboarding initiatives that require both strategic oversight and meticulous execution. Your ability to navigate between high-level planning and detailed process optimization will be crucial to driving impactful change and achieving our organizational goals.
What You Will Do
• Manage and optimize the AI software onboarding processes.
• Ensure efficient execution of software onboarding activities and adherence to SLAs.
• Lead initiatives connected to software onboarding (focus on AI applications).
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline processes and enable AI transformation.
• Facilitate discussions and collaboration between stakeholders.
• Establish, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for onboarding processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with software onboarding process.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure alignment and integration of onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Conduct regular audits of onboarding processes to identify areas for improvement.
The Skills You Bring
• Several years of proven experience in process management/development within global settings. Preferably several years of experience in optimization of software onboarding processes.
• Strong interest and knowledge in AI, Machine Learning, and Automation, with the ability to apply these concepts to enhance software onboarding processes.
• Ideas for making software onboarding more efficient in AI-driven environments.
• Strong skills in process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Documented results in reducing onboarding time and enhancing transparency.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experienced in facilitating workshops and fostering collaboration among diverse teams
