We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 architect to join our team at Ericsson. As a Microsoft 365 architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment, which is pivotal for enhancing our collaborative capabilities and driving organizational productivity. This platform is integral to our digital transformation strategy, enabling seamless communication, efficient document management, and robust security measures across the company. You will work closely with product owners, DevOps teams, and business partners to reach our business objectives.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
- Create integration design patterns and principles and collaborate with solution architects.
- Guide development and integration teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners to understand business processes and capabilities.
- Drive compliance with security and architecture requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
The skills you bring
Key Competencies:
- Deep technical understanding of the Microsoft collaboration stack within Office 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange and Teams.
- Proven experience in building and running integrations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convert strategy into action.
- Passion for working together and solving complex problems in a team environment.
- Strong stakeholder and end-user orientation.
- Extensive engineering and architecture experience with large-scale Microsoft Office 365 deployments.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions.
- Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow, and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE.
- Knowledge of IT security standards and risks, including Identity Management (Active Directory, Entra ID).
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 6+ years of IT Architecture experience.
- 3+ years of Microsoft 365 Architecture experience.
