Corporate Business Manager within Customer Support to BMW Group

We are now looking for a Corporate Business Manager to one of the world´s most leading manufacturers of cars and motorcycles – the BMW Group.

What awaits you?

• You will be responsible for national customer strategy & implementation for leasing companies, direct fleets and rental and mobility service providers, as per Corporate Business strategy in customer support.

• Manage national corporate customers at market level and negotiate market agreements with them to protect and increase BMW profit and customer satisfaction of large Leasing companies and direct fleets within a commercially critical and fast expanding business area.

• Ensure that commercial viability of such programs within the business area continue to meet the requirements of BMW Group.

• Ensure effective Corporate Business communication in terms of messages and product and service offerings promoted via communication and marketing initiatives.

• Identify, implement and continually improve the Corporate Business retention strategy within the Retailer network.

• Manage collaboration and availability of other departments contributing to Corporate Business project, e.g. Corporate Sales, Pricing and Marketing.

• Increase sale of accessories and winter wheels to leasing companies, direct fleets and rental providers.

 

 

What should you bring along?

• You have a proven track record of well-developed skills or sales experience within the auto leasing industry/Corporate customer.

• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks with differing timescales.

• Experience of managing and controlling of budgets.

• Self-driven and able to plan and structure your own workdays.

• Flexible mind-set with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks.

 

Additional nice to have knowledge to bring along:

• Knowledge of BMW Group and Retailer systems.

• Knowledge of the Aftermarket industry.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Competent in the use of Office based programs, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Further information

The position is located at BMW´s Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts. As a BMW employee, everyone gets the opportunity to drive their own BMW or MINI on favorable terms. The positon is full-time, starting immediately or by other agreement.
