About this opportunity:

 

We are looking for a part time intern who wants to join us in Global L&D as we imagine possible. As an intern, you will play a great role in supporting the learning organization to achieve its short- and long-term objectives in both global and national initiatives. You will belong to an engaged team with experienced colleagues to learn from simultaneously as you bring your creativity to the table and are not afraid to challenge the status quo.

 

What you will do:

 

As a Global L&D intern, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

•    Supporting and co-driving learning initiatives with your strong communication and presentation skills. This includes communication with stakeholders from suppliers and the business such as managers and experts.

 

•    Proactively planning ways of working together with program drivers in key initiatives to ensure efficient program execution.

 

•    Creatively coming up with solutions to challenges that may come with global programs, such as scheduling across different time zones.

 

•    Following up- and comparing program cohorts to learn by doing and develop initiatives with data-driven feedback.

 

•    Flexibly changing focus from tight operational deadlines to co-creating strategic initiatives together with key L&D stakeholders

We are looking for someone who will administer global learning program deliveries and take part in our Critical Skills Program administration.

As a person, you are a flexible problem solver that feel comfortable to cope with ambiguity. You independently take charge of your own tasks and plan proactively to ensure that your results are of high quality, even with multiple initiatives in parallel. Simultaneously as you are humble and appreciate feedback, you are bold in your ways of working and provide feedback to others which suits you well when collaborating in the team. Apart from this, you are curious to learn and explore new technologies and opportunities which is crucial within Ericsson.

 

 

We are looking for 2nd - 4th year university student (preferably based in Stockholm), within business, engineering, HR or equivalent.

 

•    At least 1,5 years left of your studies

•    Experience from co-driving projects in your work life

 

•    Very comfortable in Office 365 package, foremost PPT. It is meritorious if you have advanced capabilities in SharePoint, Forms and Excel.

 

•    Very high language proficiency/fluent in English (both verbally and written)

 

Percentage: Flexible, approx. 40-60 percent

 

Start: Mid November or as soon as possible

 

Duration: Up to 11 months
