What you will do:
- Lead and manage R&D projects with a focus on software architecture development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.
- Advocate for and drive the future software architecture roadmap to maintain our market leadership.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in software development processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
The skills you bring:
- Over 10 years of experience in R&D project leadership, with a proven track record of success in software architecture development.
- A strong understanding of the Swedish system development culture, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, enabling you to effectively advocate for and implement strategic initiatives.
- A passion for technology and innovation, with a natural enjoyment of challenges related to future software architecture.
- The ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges proactively.
