We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be the go-to expert for our dealers and workshops. You will be part of a proud, passionate, and enthusiastic team where your opinions are valued and contribute to driving technical excellence. In this role, you will provide critical technical support, coaching, and expertise to keep our dealer network up-to-date and operating at peak performance.

 

What Awaits You

• Participating in BMW events to present technical information

• Reporting quality issues to our product team for continuous improvement

• Coaching dealers on troubleshooting and the latest systems

• Validating repair instructions for new technical campaigns

• Offering remote diagnostics and on-site dealer support

• Overseeing maintenance of equipment at our Training Center

 

What should you bring along?

• The goal to make a difference.

• Technical education and/or experience from similar position at a dealer or other premium manufacturer.

• Knowledge and understanding from systems like Tsara/FASTA/ISTA.

• Driver´s license A is a plus.

• A BMW Master technician certification would be a strong merit.
