Talent Aqcuisition Manager, Nordics

The Talent & Culture team is instrumental in ensuring that our client continues to lead in their industry by fostering a workforce that is skilled, diverse, and aligned with the strategic objectives.


We are on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to our client. The Talent Acquisition function within our clients organisation evolves towards offering more holistic and strategic solutions. This crucial role involves leading a great team of Talent Acquisition Specialists who operate across different Nordic locations, including oversight of supporting colleagues in a shared service center in the Baltics. In this position you will be at the forefront of shaping and implementing forward-thinking Talent Acquisition strategies to attract and retain the best talent across our clients frontline business, global functions, corporate headquarters, and manufacturing plant. This position is key to driving team motivation, innovating processes, and optimizing systems to achieve excellence in talent acquisition.


Experience and personal characteristics

• At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role managing international or cross-border teams. 

• Demonstrated capability in developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies. 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across all organizational levels. 

• Proven track record in budget management and financial acumen. 

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Experience within the Nordics is a must, demonstrating a deep understanding of the local talent market and cultural nuances.

• Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages.
