Communication & Campaign Manager to BMW Financial Services

What awaits you?

As Communication & Campaign Manager, you will work on a strategic level with defining our customer communication and the steering and usage of our Marketing Automation tool NSP (Adobe Campaign). You will work with predictive modelling and A/B testing in order to orchestrate customer communication in our channels, Email, Print, SMS and App. Your counterparts will be the CRM & Marketing community in the Nordics as well as central teams. Following our overall objective of using our Marketing Automation system to implement lifecycle programs in order to generate incremental revenue, engender customer loyalty and reduce churn will be a great opportunity for the right person.


In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

• Strategically define and develop the communications journey for the Nordics including channel strategy

• Optimize existing communication and workflows based on a "test and learn" approach. Identify and drive changes

• Follow-up on campaign performance and support regular reporting to improve performance and to inform investment decisions for local markets, brands and/or products

• Contribute to the best practice sharing forum to increase efficiency, consistency and effectiveness

• Provide guidance and hands on support to local marketing and CRM functions in campaign execution. Be the ´go to´ person for campaign operational questions on a Nordic level

• Develop a consistent measurement approach and deliver regular reporting to help improve performance and to inform investment decisions for local markets, brands and/or products

• Manage technical queries with suppliers

• Product Owner and Super User of Marketing Automation platform.

• Support BMW Financial Services integrated web content and Alphabet websites development

• Drive/participate in Nordic initiatives and projects such as harmonization of digital channels in the Nordic region


The position is part of the Business Development team. You will be based at our office in Sollentuna.


What should you bring along?

• You have a proven track record of well-developed Marketing and/or CRM combined with developed communication skills.

• You are business oriented combined with good creative skills and an energetic personality willing to do the extra mile without losing quality.

• You have a flexible mindset with the ability to work independently as well as with a team on multiple tasks.

• You have the ability to take your knowledge to provide advice tailored to the audience in an effective and efficient manner. You have the willingness and flexibility to travel.

• You have strong analytical skills, are structured/methodical, proactive self-starter with very good communication skills and with a solid commercial understanding.

• You need be fluent in written and verbal in English and one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian).

Further information

The position is located at BMW´s Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts. As a BMW employee, everyone gets the opportunity to drive their own BMW or MINI on favorable terms. The positon is full-time, starting immediately or by other agreement.
