About this opportunity

Our organization Shared Lab Infrastructure (SLI) are responsible for providing Test Environment Infrastructure services used by BCSS R&D for development and testing of our Cloud products and solutions. We manage different Test lab environments used by Product development units across several sites with a mission to optimize and align technical solutions, NW-architecture, ways of working, deployments and upgrades, driving cost-efficiency and performance excellence for BCSS R&D.

 

The IT-security main Program Manager role is responsible to ensure that all BCSS R&D IT environments establish compliance with any IT-Security related requirement that is put on our Test and development IT-environment to be compliant with overall Ericsson and customer security requirements.

 

What you will do

  • Extensive experience from driving large and complex projects and programs and solid knowledge of Project Management processes, methods and tools
  • Solid experience as a Program Manager driving IT-security implementation projects in Ericsson R&D 
  • Thorough knowledge of Ericssons IT-security related frameworks, requirements and processes and how they are implemented in Ericssons R&D organization, specifically in BCSS
  • Good understanding of Ericsson’s organization, process, methods and tools and their use in the software development processes.
  • Good knowledge of IT-Security industry standards and processes and understand how to break-down these to targets and tangible actions
  • IT-Security related technologies and tools 
  • IT-Security related situational analysis and risk mitigation
  • Technical implementation of IT-Security tools and mechanisms to meet and exceed IT-Security targets
  • IT-Security monitoring and corrective actions as well as Incident management
  • Compliance and Regulations: Understanding of relevant data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Ensuring IT-Security solutions align with compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT-Security deployment. Developing risk management strategies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with IT teams, security teams, and business units to ensure IT-Security solutions meet organizational goals.
  • Peoples leadership and team building skills.

 

The skills you bring

  • Engineering degree (BE/ B. Tech/ ME/ M. Tech/PhD) or equivalent
  • Must have 10 + years of RnD or Services experience, of which 4-5 years in a Leadership role, with external stake holding, within and across Industry.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills, ability to motivate highly talented teams and ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills (English).
  • Proven ability to balance constant conflicting priorities and manage strong stakeholder expectations.
  • High level of self-esteem, self-drive and ability to take tough decisions.
  • Must have the passion to win and a positive attitude!
