Group HR Functional Specialist

As a HR Functional Specialist you will drive & support development and maintenance of our common digitalized HR processes. You will be part of Group HR team and HRIS team, with the goal to unify and simplify the HRIS portfolio across the organization. Together we achieve more!


One of our team members are going into a project this year so we are looking for you that want to join our team during a period of time, 6-12 months.


Your main tasks will be to serve subject matter expertise on People processes in our HR & People Management System.


You will have daily contact with HR organization and will with this opportunity get an overall knowledge supporting globally our common processes. The team supports our digitalized processes as Recruiting, Onboarding, Hire, Change Jobs, Terminations, Offboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational changes, Learning, Talent processes, Security and reporting topics together in a team of HRIS experts in close collaboration with our IT department.  


To success within the role you have a good knowledge and previous experience of HR operations and experience working in people management systems. We are looking for a team player that are problem solving, innovative and results driven with a strong attention to details.


Within our team we work closely with Business, HR & IT organization, it’s expected to have good communications skills in both speaking and writing communication in English. Beneficial if you also have language skills in Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian.


To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience of HRIS system and working with common HR processes in an international environment.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)


Full time assignment starting as soon as possible during a period of 6-12 months. Re-location is not needed. We offer you a hybrid way of working with possibility to be located at our offices and business locations in Gällivare (Aitik), Boliden, Skelleftehamn (Rönnskär), Garpenberg, Stockholm, Bergsöe, Odda, Tara, Kevitsa, Kokkola or Harjavalta.
