Contract Administrator for Metal Sales

Tasks

Are you an experienced service minded administrator that likes numbers and accuracy? We can offer you a great team!

 

In this role you will be a part of the Metal Sales department and administration team which is responsible for the order-to-cash process. Your daily tasks will be contacts with our customers and stakeholders, processing customer orders, following up deliveries, invoicing and cash collection. Furthermore you will be engaged in improving our work processes. 

 

This role is based in Boliden’s Head Office in Stockholm. You will be reporting to Manager Contract Administration and Logistics.

 

 

Education and qualifications 

You have experience of administration and international businesses. You have worked with different systems and databases. We think that a background in banking, insurance or metals/mining or similar industry will give you an advantage.

 

As a person, you are thorough and find accuracy with numbers as important. You are a service minded, pro-active and responsible team player. Since Boliden operates in an international market, good knowledge in written and spoken English is a must as well as fluency in Swedish.

 

You hold a University degree, preferably with economics as main subject, or have an equivalent experience.
