In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

As Regional Qualification Officer you will be responsible for the implementation of qualification strategy on dealer level (this including: recruiting, training, and consulting) based on the three pillars "right people", "right people well qualified" and "retention of right people". You will support dealer network on all topics of Talent Management (recruiting, personnel development (HR) and qualification). It is your responsibility to support dealers in fulfilling the retail standards for qualification and training as well as the qualification part of the local bonus system or any other local dealer incentives for qualification. Other areas of responsibility:

• Identifying dealer needs in terms of Talent Management and guarantee the consideration in the HR services, the training program development and the implementation of the training offer.
• Responsible for HR service offer (e.g. recruiting, assessments): needs identification, service development, target definition, supplier management, quality control, consultancy and sales activities to dealer network.
• Steering of the training organization and administration area (including TMSi admin) within the Training and RHR department.
• Responsible for all (global) communication activities from Training and RHR department to dealer organization

You will report to our Manager Qualification and Retail HR and be based at our Northern European headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden.


Pre-Requisites for the role:

The person we are looking for are structured, systematic and has a good understanding of HR processes, policies and procedures, preferably in human resources development, training, dealer development. You have good knowledge of various of various recruitment channels, for example (e.g. social media, direct marketing, job portals, trade media), and selection process.

Previous experience from the automotive industry is desirably, but not a requirement. You have experience from sales and/or a sales organization (preferably working with vendors!) with a good understanding of improve the dealer networks sale skills from a Talent Management perspective.

We will place great emphasis on your personal characteristics and are looking for a self-driven and outgoing person with great communications skills. You are a natural team player with a professional and service-oriented attitude. Other qualities we are looking for:

• Strong interpersonal and consulting skills.
• Relationship management skills combined with result orientation, assertiveness and resilience
• Proactive, enthusiastic and engaged in innovation
• Strong identification with the BMW brands

You need to be fluent in written and verbal in both English and one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).
