Learning & Development Manager Nordics

THE OPPORTUNITY

The People & Culture Team in the Nordics plays a central role in our transformation journey and as L&D Supervisor you will be responsible for the Nordic organizational development and people engagement activities. You are customer and results oriented with excellent communication skills. You are strategic whilst workings collaboratively to drive positive change and most importantly are motivated by leading following activities:

-Development and deployment of capability building activities and organizational development initiatives for the Nordic countries
-Motivate change management initiatives in line with our internal transformation plan supporting our new vision
-Support Line Managers in the preparation and analysis of performance and talent management processes
-Propose necessary solutions and initiatives that are in line with the overall strategy by preparing analysis to identify trends
-Designing the strategy for our internal engagement (internal communication) initiatives based on employee needs

Get in touch if you have:

-A university Degree in Management, Human Resources or similar
-At least 5 years of professional experience in developing and deploying capability building initiatives, performance management processes and drive people engagement initiatives
-Experience in creating and delivering training and change management programs
-Excellent English in writing & speaking
-Ability to manage stakeholders & customers
