Customer Service Coordinator to the Automotive Industry

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to our client within the Automotive industry in the premium segment. What awaits you?

As a Customer Service Coordinator your focus is on improving and developing the customer journey. This means that your focus will be on improving and developing the collaboration within the company and with their partners. You will be working with process- and change management to create sustainable ways of working going forward and continuous improvements for Customer Service. You will work process-oriented between different departments with the main focus on the customer service function.


• Identify improvement and changes within the whole process in the customer service journey

• Create and review processes within customer service


• Coordinate information internally between different departments and externally towards the customer


• Secure and coordinate the flow of information to the customer service agents


• Work with agents at the clients partners to ensure quality and further develop the customer experience


• Follow up on KPIs on a monthly basis and ensure that the targets are met


• Monthly reporting, statistics, customer feedback, and insights to CX Manager to continuously create proactive improvements


What should you bring along?

• A couple of years of experience from project management in a complex organization

• Experience with coordinating and driving change and improvement processes

• A few years of experience working within a company in change

• Speak and write fluently in English and Swedish or Norwegian

What you can look forward to?

Our client is located in Sollentuna/Silverdal and offers the flexibility of hybrid work a few days a week. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to gym and daily workout sessions. This is a long-term consulting assignment via Jurek Talents, with an intended start in September/October. To begin with the position is a parental substitute in the CX team, thereafter there is a further need for your competence within the organization. We offer a permanent employment with an initial probation period at Jurek. Interested?
