Aftersales Accessories Specialist to BMW Northern Europe

We are now looking for an Aftersales Accessories Specialist to one of the world´s most leading manufacturers of cars and motorcycles – the BMW Group. As an Aftersales Accessories Specialist at BMW, we can offer you a dynamic, international environment representing a strong brand. You will be responsible of further developing the sales and marketing of a wide range of car Accessories & Lifestyle products in close cooperation with the dealers and colleagues at BMW. You will be the driving force in delivering strong Accessories campaigns within our seven northern European markets.

 

You will be responsible for increasing Accessories sales through:

• Developing and coordinating communication campaigns in Accessories & Lifestyle with brand management

• Developing dealership point of sale standard for Accessories & Lifestyle products

• Being an important link between National Sales Company, Area Managers and dealers

• Increasing awareness and attention to Accessories & Lifestyle at the dealerships on management level

• Providing dealers with top-of-the-line training, best practices, and technical support

• Being an advisor regarding basic technical information

• Continuously updating product launches and changes in the accessories range for dealers

• Developing and maintaining a measurement tool for dealer performance in Accessories & Lifestyle

 

What should you bring along?

As Aftersales Accessories Specialist you are highly sales and customer focused, self-directed, as well as well-organized. You have a business orientated mindset combined with a solid commercial and technical understanding. To be successful in this role you need to have basic knowledge within car technology and previous experience from the automotive industry. You also need to be able to work independently and proactively on multiple tasks ranging from coordinating campaigns, holding training sessions and presentations, to more administrative work. Your strong communication skills and ability to gain and provide knowledge of the product range Accessories & Lifestyle will be of great use when giving tailored advice to the target audience in an effective and efficient manner.

 

You need to have basic knowledge and understanding of different working tools, such as Excel and Power Point. Knowledge in SAP systems would also be of great advantage. Since you will work closely with the market managers and the area managers in the different markets in addition to cross functional within the northern Europe organization and towards the Aftersales teams in Munich, you are good at collaborating. You also have the willingness and flexibility to travel to the different markets. You are fluent in both written and verbal English as well as one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian). Last, but not least, you have an energetic and proactive personality who is willing to go the extra mile without losing quality.

Further information

The position is located at BMW´s Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts. This is an assignment on a long-term contract where you will be hired with Jurek and work at BMW.
