About this opportunity:
Are you a tech-savvy student looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-evolving field of power solutions? Join Ericsson's Power Design team and contribute to the innovation of mobile networks worldwide!
Power Design at Lindholmen is at the forefront of research, development, and maintenance of power solutions for Ericsson's product portfolio. As part of our global design organization, we are committed to developing cutting-edge products for present and future mobile networks. We seek a structured and supportive student to help keep our labs well-organized and efficient. You will be working as a part of a team of 3 students.
This is a part-time position, typically requiring one day per week, on a temporary basis.
What you will do:
- Oversee lab instruments designated for calibration, facilitate shipments, and handle returns.
- Monitor lab consumables, reorder as needed, and ensure proper storage.
- Track lab components, reorder as necessary, and organize storage.
- Manufacture cabling for test setups and assemble/solder small debug boards.
- Lab Organization: Contribute to maintaining an excellent lab environment.
- Assist with measurement tasks as needed.
The skills you bring:
- Current student in a Bachelor or Master program, preferably in Electrical Engineering/Power Electronics or similar.
- 2nd or 3rd-year student.
- Interest in electronics design and hands-on measurements.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network.
- Adaptability and innovative thinking.
- Result-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
