The Enclosure System & Customer Product Information (CPI) team is an integral part of Ericsson’s PEG Site Solutions, providing expertise in enclosure design and CPI management. Our team plays a key role in ensuring that site solutions meet global standards, driving innovation, product maintenance, and managing CPI across Ericsson RAN Compute and Site Products. Comprising product development leaders, developers, technical writers, and partners across various global locations, we work collaboratively to ensure the seamless integration of our site solutions. Together with our extended partners and consultants, we foster an environment that is supportive, innovative, and collaborative. Our team follows Lean and Agile principles, focusing on multi-functional development teams where continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing are part of daily operations.

What You Will Do

We are looking for a System Developer to contribute to the design and development of next-generation Smart Connected Site Solutions—both standalone and integrated into our Enclosure Solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Requirement analysis
  • System architecture design
  • Vendor product evaluations
  • Drive Improvements in products, processes, and technology strategies.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors for quality and compliance.
  • Analyse & Resolve enclosure-related failures with corrective actions.
  • Support integration, troubleshooting, and customer inquiries.
  • Product documentation

 

You will bring:

  • BSc level (MSc preferred) in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • Knowledge about Wireless technologies and application in Telecom would be preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven drive for results
  • Fluent in English both verbal and writing
  • Interest in other culture and work in an international environment
  • A productive, creative mindset can help you interact easily with other people
