We are a growing organization where Boliden IT aims to be a proacting transformation partner, guiding our business towards the most suitable solutions. As part of this, we expand our organization and bring in more capabilities in Dynamics D365 F&O with this new role.
Your opportunity:
You will provide expertise and skills to enhance our current IT organization. As Boliden’s solution owner for the D365 landscape, you will be responsible for architecture and serve as a technical advisor. You will have a key role in both large and small projects within D365 F&O, ensuring that solutions align with business requirements and are secure and efficient. You will be part of a diverse team with 10 other knowledgeable and dedicated IT professionals. Because this is a new role – you will have the chance to form it from scratch.
What you will do:
- Serve as the solution owner for our D365 F&O landscape.
- Participate design and implementation of our D365 F&O environment.
- Assist with complex problem-solving and offer technical advice.
- Support and collaborate with others in IT and business professionals, finding the best solutions.
- Ensure that solutions meet business needs, are secure, and effective.
- Participate in larger development projects
What you bring:
- An academic degree, relevant to the job.
- Proven experience with D365 F&O or other large complex business systems at large companies with complex data flows and several service providers.
- The ability to create understanding of business processes and excellent business acumen.
- Proven experience from jobs with similar responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams, showing self-motivation and initiative, and acting under a leadership style based on trust.
- You deliver on your promises.
- Driving License (mandatory)
Other desirable skills :
- Experience with Power Apps.
- Good knowledge in Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English, Swedish is positive.
