About the Role
As a ServiceNow Application Manager with a focus on HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery), you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our ServiceNow applications. You will collaborate with our HR team to ensure that our solutions meet their needs and improve our internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on HRSD.
- Maintain and update existing applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand their needs and requirements.
- Identify and propose improvements to HR processes using ServiceNow.
- Create and maintain documentation of systems and processes.
- Provide technical support and training to users of ServiceNow applications.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working with ServiceNow, especially within HRSD.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with HR processes and systems.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Relevant education in IT, HR, or a similar field.
