Description of the role 

As a HR Business Partner in Group HR, you will drive strategic HR in the functions you support and translate business objectives into actionable people initiatives. You are closely collaborating with a team of different HR specialists.


Key responsibilities in the role are: 

• Deliver our yearly HR processes with the managers you support.

• Coach and advise leaders in HR questions ranging from day to day HR to workforce planning and people development.

• Coordinate and execute activities, projects, and initiatives within group HR team.

• Coordinate industrial relations activities.

• Participate in developing digitalized ways of working and drive continuous improvements.


The job is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible and located at our office in central Stockholm. You will report directly to Chief Human Resources Officer.


Your profile 

We are looking forward to work with you who have a broad HR background and are business oriented. You like to drive change for generations to come and have a high integrity. You easily create credibility and trust in the organization and with the individuals you work with. You are independent and have good collaboration and project management skills. We also see that you have experience of working in a decentralized organization with networks of HR. Together with your HR colleagues, you want to develop way of working with modern tools and systems.


As HRBP we see that you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in HR or other education/experience

• A few years of work experience as an HR professional

• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Swedish

• Knowledge of HR systems as Workday or similar
