Your Mission:
As the Head of IT Procurement, you will be at the forefront of ensuring quality, efficiency, and satisfaction in delivering IT services. Your role is crucial in maintaining compliance with laws, regulations, and Skanska's policies while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Strategic Vendor Management: Oversee partnerships with top-tier vendors like Microsoft, Autodesk, Oracle, Salesforce, and Service Now to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Leadership in Sourcing Activities: Spearhead critical IT sourcing projects that optimize costs and enhance vendor performance across Skanska.
- Community Facilitation: Cultivate a thriving IT Sourcing community through effective information sharing and vendor cost optimization strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with HQ leaders and business units to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
- Category Management Partnership: Collaborate closely with Category Management for IT Infrastructure and Application sourcing to drive impactful initiatives.
- Executive Support: Provide strategic support to the CIO/SVP-IT on various high-priority activities.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in leading large-scale IT contract management and negotiations.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL and SAFe processes.
- Strong financial acumen related to procurement activities.
- Outstanding people management skills with a talent for inspiring teams.
- Exceptional negotiation skills within large corporate environments.
- Superior presentation skills for clear communication at all levels.
- Dynamic leadership abilities to steer teams towards achieving ambitious goals.

You’ll engage with an array of influential stakeholders including:
- External Vendors: Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Autodesk, Service Now
- Internal Leaders: BU CIOs (Business Unit Chief Information Officers), GFIT Heads (Global Function Information Technology Heads)
