Job Description

As a Content Editor you are responsible for being the strategic lead on all written communication, championing the tone of voice of a soon to be launched new brand identity. In addition to this you will need to be able to create communication plans, campaigns and global content; writing, editing as well as leading the creation of visuals, moving imagery and similar based on the communication strategy for both internal and external purposes. Generally, this could involve working with external production agencies and internal stakeholders.


Being a Content Editor requires that you secure creative quality material that is on-brand and adheres to guidelines and brings to life communication strategies. You will spend much time working with topics that are close to what is happening in society like areas within sustainability such as climate change. Experience working with thought leadership communications across these topics is beneficial.


You will be an active member of the communications team when it comes to planning, development, production and delivery of inspiring content that promotes our values and purpose, used across all channels. You will also create communication material that promotes key initiatives such as business plans, policy and strategy documents, quarterly reports, annual reports, the Annual General Meeting and presentations.


All of us in the team have different communications backgrounds and different skill-sets complementing each other. We are now looking for a strong content editor motivated to develop and contribute to the team. You are a non-prestigious person that work well both independently and as a team member. You are comfortable interacting with senior leadership and working across different levels of the organization.


You can prioritize and plan your work, are capable of handling short deadlines and have a natural hands-on approach. Appropriate professional background from a content agency or larger company is required. Experience leading global campaigns from start to finish is beneficial.


As you will be responsible for creation, execution and delivery of communications content, you are creative and well organized. You are comfortable in using the more traditional ways of communicating, such as print, web, videos, infographics etc, but you are also creative in challenging and evolving both our channels and the content itself. You have potentially managed social media channels for a large company or organization.


You understand communications analytics and are able to derive insights to be used in shaping campaigns and strategies. You are also used to planning resources and budget for planned activities. Overall, you have a good feel for what is good or bad communication at heart. Excellent communications skills, English native level proficiency both verbally and written.
