In the role of Team Leader, you get to lead Boliden's internal Service Desk and ensure that you deliver "service with a smile" to all our employees. You will manage a great team of five people who handle incoming calls and matters during office hours, as well as the external supplier who manages the service outside of office hours. As a Team Leader, you work largely on site in Boliden, constantly developing and improving the delivery, the team and the employees. You are expected to have a good relationship and dialogue with other departments within IT.
As a Team Leader, some travel to our sites is included and you report to our section manager within IT Services.

We look forward to working with you, who is a confident leader, interested in building teams and relationships. You need to be able to adapt your leadership, plan the team's work, be able to meet and communicate with people on their level and solve problems with the customer in focus.
We are looking for you who have:
• Relevant education or interest in IT
• Relevant experience from service professions
• Ability to communicate in English and Swedish
• B-Driving license
It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of operational leadership, in our Team everyone helps each other! As well as knowledge in Finnish and ITIL.
