Your opportunity:

As a Sustainability Platform Manager, you’ll have the chance to shape how we manage waste at our dams and measure the environmental impact of our mining operations. Who you will work with:
You will work alongside a diverse, supportive team that values collaboration and innovation. Your key partners will include both business operations and IT departments, as you bridge the gap between technology and sustainability. You’ll be empowered to drive change and will be part of a team committed to improving environmental performance in the mining industry.
What you will do:
- Platform Coordination: Oversee the functionality and integration of the Sustainability platform, supporting waste management at dams and measuring environmental performance across both active and closed mines.
- Component Management: Ensure smooth operation and integration of IT and OT components, optimizing the platform’s capabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business operations and IT, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Dashboard Management: Develop and manage dashboards to provide clear insights into environmental performance, empowering decision-making.
- Project Management: Lead key projects focused on platform updates and enhancements, ensuring they align with business objectives and sustainability goals.
What you bring (competence):
- Strong IT knowledge with a focus on data integration and project management
- A passion for sustainability and a drive to improve environmental outcomes
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage relationships between business operations and IT
- An eagerness to learn and embrace new technologies and solutions
- Project management experience, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet strategic goals
- Meritorious: experience in AVEVA Pi and IIoT
