The position is located in Boliden Skellefteå, Stockholm or other site at Boliden.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for an International Mobility Partner to join our Talent Acquisition organization and assist our employees in relocating to different areas within the company. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with employees and their managers to plan and execute relocations.   

• Coordinate relocation questions (with external Boliden supplier) within tax, social security, residence permits, work permits etc., and ensure regulation, optimization, and control.   

• Offer support to managers and employees as a contact person regarding logistics of the move, including transportation and housing arrangements.  

• Collaborate with various departments, such as HR, to ensure a smooth transition.  

• Address any challenges or concerns that arise during the relocation process.  

• Continuously improve the relocation process and identify cost-effective solutions.  

• Stay updated on laws and regulations regarding global mobility.   

• Improve and streamline processes and guidelines related to global mobility.  Ensure that the international mobility agreements, processes and practices are in line with Boliden's guiding documents and principles. 

• Educate and give advice to managers, HR and leaders in the field.  

• Evaluate external mobility vendors that Boliden has agreements with.  

• Contribute to the development and improvement of relocation policies and procedures.  

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in global mobility. 

 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 

• Proven experience in International mobility, relocation, HR, or other related field. 

• Strong understanding of immigration and visa processes. 

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment. 

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service. 

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to relocation and immigration. 

• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and needs.
