Description
As a Head of Section for HR Direct in Sweden you will lead and develop a supportive HR in transformation. Together with your team you will work to improve ways to build a modern, data driven and digital way of working with HR-support.
You will have an essential role developing the HR Direct function for Sweden, the heart of HR. To lead and develop way of working in best way to support the Managers within Boliden and our two business areas Mines and Smelters.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead a team of employees within HR, located at different business units
• Manage and develop employee life cycle within HR
• Develop and secure the service and support for internal customers
• Deliver HR operations based on best practices, continuous improvements and with a service delivery leveraging on digitalization
• Represent HR operations in collaborations and networking within Boliden
The position is located in Boliden. You will report to the Department Manager for HR Direct Sweden.
Qualifications
We are looking for you with a good understanding of HR processes and labor law. You are a person who takes ownership, continuously develops and involves stakeholders and people along the way. To be familiar with HR information systems and technology is also qualifying.
You have integrity, care for people and operations and like to facilitate modern ways of working to support customers and meet their needs.
For this role you need to be fluent in Swedish and English. You have a relevant academic degree.
