Contract Administrator Purchasing – 1 year parental leave with possibility for longer

Tasks

Are you an experienced administrator that likes numbers and accuracy that likes to work in a great team? Then this is the job for you!

 

You will work with the administration for both Purchase of Raw Materials and Sales of Intermediate Products. The work consists all administration from shipping of concentrate to issuing invoices. The daily tasks involve dealing with shipping advice, contact with our suppliers, communicating details necessary to prepare and finalize settlements, carrying out assay exchanges and handle price fixations. As well as reporting monthly figures to our Finance Dept. You will have both internal and external contacts. 

 

You will report to the Manager of Contract Administration.

Education and qualifications 

The Contract Administration role requires you to have a high school level education or equivalent including economics as a subject. A degree in Business Administration or relevant is regarded as a plus. You should be thorough, accurate and a quick learner. The role requires you to have a good command of the English language in both written and verbal form.
