Loomis AB is now launching “LOOMIS PAY”, a complete payment solution for cash, cards and other digital payments. The service provides merchants, restaurant owners etc. With a platform that handles all forms of payments, regardless of whether it concerns cash, cards or other digital alternatives and regardless of whether they take place in a physical store or via e-commerce.
LOOMIS PAY is in the starting phase and we now need to strengthen up and hire a Service Delivery Manager with responsibility for the whole customer journey, end-to-end.
What you’ll be up to
You will be the glue between customer, all CxO organisations, and local countries. This role is responsible for the feedback process, Incident/Problem process, Change/Release process, PMO and priority board, and cross-functional Onboarding teams i.e. E2E customer experience.
Contact areas in this role are many. Outside Loomis Pay you will interact with Loomis GroupIT, Loomis IT Sweden, European Operations, Support/Sales/Delivery organisations in the countries. Inside Loomis Pay you will interact with Product teams, Finance, and Technology teams.

• NPS for the whole customer journey
• Processes and Documentation to optimize the customer journey
• Change and Releases of the IT-environment, i.e. own the governance
• Complaints management
• Incident management
Who you are
You are skilled at interacting with stakeholders and navigating in a global company. You have a logical thinking and are able to identify key performance drivers for yourself and your organization. As we are in a scale up phase, several of interactions are necessary to succeed in this role and we think being social comes natural to you. This role is process and governance oriented hence it is required that this is something you strive to deliver to perfection, every time.
Background /Skills
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Lean/Six sigma experience
• ITIL experience
• Proven implementations of processes and governance in a regulated environment
