Vitrolife is currently searching for a forward looking, driven and innovative sales and marketing leader who will play an active part in driving growth in the field of IVF in the EMEA Region.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Establish Business plan for EMEA including sales and profitability objectives
  • Lead the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service organization in EMEA
  • Accountable to deliver on agreed Business plan
  • Establish and follow-up on KPIs reflecting stated objectives in the Business plan
  • Plan and manage the Sales & Marketing and Customer Service activities in EMEA including follow-up
  • Develop, drive and motivate the Market Region EMEA organization
  • Responsible for the recruitment, qualification and competency development of the EMEA organization
  • Plan and execute internal S&M meetings as well as major external events
  • Establish country plans together with the Sales Directors
  • Set objectives for the individuals in the EMEA organization and monitor performance
  • Responsible for a good working environment
  • Member of Vitrolife’s Global management team
  • Member of the Global Sales & Marketing management team
  • Participate in global sales meetings and conferences       

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years experience in sales
  • 5+ years of experience in management/leadership roles
  • Experience working in the Medical Device OR Biotech industry is highly desired
  • University Degree, preferably MBA or MSc
  • Experience working in an international organization is also desired
  • Able and willing  to travel 50%
